Already approved, claim pending or not sure?

Psychology already approved

If psychology has already been approved, provide your claim number, insurer or claims contact, approval letter or referral details so the intake team can confirm the next step.

Claim lodged but approval unclear

If your claim has been lodged but psychology approval is unclear, complete the form and upload any certificate, referral or insurer correspondence. Meyer Institute can review what information appears to be missing.

No claim yet

If no claim has been lodged, the usual first step is to see your GP or treating doctor and ask about the correct certificate and claim process for TAS.

Referrer submitting documents

GPs, rehabilitation providers, case managers and insurers can use the referral partner portal to upload claim details, reports, approvals and referral documents.
