Yes. Support coordinators, specialist support coordinators, psychosocial recovery coaches, plan managers, GPs, allied health providers, schools, families and representatives can submit referrals where they have appropriate consent or authority.

Can Meyer Institute provide reports for NDIS applications or plan reviews?
Meyer Institute can provide psychological assessment and reporting where clinically appropriate and within scope. Reports may help explain functional impact, support needs and recommendations, but NDIS access, funding and plan decisions are made by the NDIA and relevant plan arrangements.
Can urgent or complex referrals be submitted?
Complex referrals can be submitted, but this form is not for emergencies or crisis support. Include relevant risk, safeguarding, behaviour support, legal or consent issues so the referral can be reviewed appropriately.
